To make Maasdammer only the purest milk from the province of North Holland is used. This area is known to produce the best tasting and highest quality milk and cheeses in the country. Maasdammer is carefully ripened and hand turned for 10 weeks. Our Maasdammer won the Gold Medal at the World Cheese Contest in 1984! |
