Boemboe Ajam Pedis Kokki Djawa

A very delicious Indonesian mix which is pretty spicy and quite popular amongst the Dutch and Indonesian people. It is based on fresh herbs and a variety of spices and also contains onions, sugar, freshly ground peppers, sereh, laos, salam leaf and preservatives.  This mix is primarily used to marinade chicken and is pretty quick and easy to make and it creates a great meal!
