Conimex Babi Ketjap

A great Indonesian mix used to make a meat dish with soy sauce; very popular amongst the Dutch. It includes two packages, one which you use to marinade the meat and one which makes the sauce. Some of its ingredients are: salt, sugar, citric acid, spices and dehydrated herbs. All you need is some pork and some oil and you are ready to eat in twenty minutes! You add oil to the marinade mix and blend it in with the meat and let it sit for a while. After about fifteen minutes you fry the meat in a frying pan, you then add some water to the sauce mix and let it come to a boil. After the sauce has been boiling for about one minute the dish is ready to be eaten!
