Ketjap Asin Conimex
This is a salty slightly spicy Indonesian sauce that contains soy, sugar, spices, caramel, water and salt. Ketjap is the Indonesian variety of the soy sauce which is based on the original recipe of soy sauce but has some extra flavors, like carefully selected spices, to create its own unique taste. This sauce is used in nasi, bahmi and can also be used to marinade meat for satay.
