Ketjap Manis Conimex

A sweet slightly spicy Indonesian sauce which is extremely popular amongst the Dutch and the Indonesian people. Some of the ingredients are: sugar, oil, salt, herbs, spices, lactic acid, soy and preservatives. Ketjap is the Indonesian variety of the soy sauce, but it is unique in its flavor because of the added spices, herbs and sugar. You can use this sauce with many different Asian dishes, like nasi, bahmi and satay. You can also add a little bit of this sauce to your gravy, soup, sauces and ground beef to create a wonderful slightly spicy taste. This sauce is also used to marinade meats.
