Monica Spekkoek Raisins

This layer snack is loved by many Dutch and Indonesian people because of its unique taste. This wonderful Indonesian cake is also referred to by many people as a layer snack because it consists out of many layers. It weighs 410 grams (14.4 oz) and contains wheat flour, eggs, cane sugar, margarine (palm oil based), salt, cardamon, mace and cloves. It has eleven servings per container. This cake is quite a treat!
