Please be aware that placement of an order does not guarantee shipment: sometimes our goods sell out faster than we can update on our website. In case goods are sold out, it is always best to make a pre-order. We will send you the item as soon as it gets in. There is no minimum for orders. Please, do not order by phone!
How to Order
Orders can be placed through the website using the online shopping cart, regular mail, e-mail or by fax. We do not take orders by phone to avoid miscommunication as well as to increase order processing efficiency. When you place an order online, add items to your shopping cart. Enter your zip code and click Recalculate to determine the total cost of your order. At Checkout, you have the option of submitting your order and credit card information via a secure ordering system (SSL) or you can print out the information and then fax or mail it in to us.
Information we need
Make sure your name, address, phone number and credit card information is filled in correctly. Please keep a space after every 4 numbers of your credit card number. In case you want to send a gift to someone, make sure you include the full name and address of the gift recipient. From you we only need a name, phone number and credit card information. It is possible to include a card and message.

What to expect on an order
All orders are sent by FedEx ground, unless otherwise requested (exceptions are written below, for frozen and refrigerated foods). From January till mid-October we ship orders once or twice a week (on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays). During the holiday season, from Mid-October until December we ship orders daily. However, you have to keep in mind that FedEx doesn't work on weekends. Besides that, our store is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so we won't be able to send your order on these days.
Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International orders will not be sent by Fedex. These orders are sent by the United States Postal Service.
Frozen and refrigerated foods
In general, all items are non-returnable. However, if an item needs to be returned, which will be at the customer's expense, it has to be done within 7 days. A full credit will be applied, minus shipping costs, to your credit card.
How do I return a product that I purchased on-line?

We'll credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The goods must be unopened and in perfect condition in order for you to receive a refund.
